Water level in Marikina River reaches third alarm

MANILA, Philippines – The water level in Marikina River has reached third alarm due to the continuous rains spawned by Typhoon “Pedring” although Mayor Del de Guzman has not imposed a forced evacuation of residents in the affected areas, according to a report on Radyo Inquirer 990AM.
