MANILA, Philippines — The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will have cloudy skies with light rains on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

The rains will be caused by the prevailing northeast monsoon or hanging amihan, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
