Sandigan junks Enrile appeal vs suspension

MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Third Division denied an appeal to lift the 90-day preventive suspension filed by Senator Juan Ponce Enrile.
Clerk of Court Dennis Pulma, quoting the ruling said, the petition lacked merit.
