MANILA, Philippines — A sudden downpour caused floods in parts of Metro Manila on Tuesday afternoon.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a two-hour thunderstorm warning at 3p.m. in Metro Manila, , Rizal (Rodriguez, San Mateo, Antipolo, Cupang, Cainta), Quezon (Gen Nakar, Lucban, Tayabas, Candelaria), Zambales (Sta Cruz, San Marcelino), & portions of Tarlac, Bulacan and Cavite.

Afternoon classes in some universities were also suspended.
