Still fair weather on Thursday, says Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines–The country will experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical and Services Administration (Pagasa) in its 5 a.m. bulletin said the whole country would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Pagasa said moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest would prevail over northern Luzon and its coastal waters would be moderate to rough.
Winds will be light to moderate coming from the south to southwest, and seas will be slight to moderate seas, it added.
