‘Glenda’ now out of Philippine Area of Responsibility—Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines—Typhoon “Glenda” (international name: Rammasun) has left the Philippines’ Area of Responsibility (PAR) Thursday morning, the state-run weather bureau said in its latest weather bulletin.

“At 8:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon “Glenda” was located, based on all available, data at 480 kilometers West of Dagupan City,” the Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 10 a.m. bulletin.

“Glenda” continues to move in a Northwest direction while over the West Philippine Sea at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
