MANILA, Philippines–The Sandiganbayan Third Division deferred the arraignment of Atty. Jessica Lucila “Gigi” Reyes for her alleged plundering of over P172 million in Priority Development Assistance Fund.
Reyes’ lawyer Anacleto Diaz presented before the court a medical certificate from the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital stating that Reyes is not fit to be arraigned Friday.

Diaz said the doctors recommended that she undergo further medical examination and they will file a motion before the court for a request.
