Teener held for rape try on 85-year-old woman

CANDELARIA, Quezon—A 19-year-old baker was arrested in Candelaria town on Friday after a female octogenarian tagged him as her suspected rapist.

Chief Inspector Elmar Sillador, head of Quezon provincial police information office, said on Friday that an 85-year-old woman, whom the police did not identify, lodged a complaint of attempted rape against one Ariel de Alday, a resident of Candelaria. Delfin T. Mallari Jr., Inquirer Southern Luzon
