Fire hits QC Circle ‘Horror House’

MANILA, Philippines– A fire burned the abandoned “Horror House” of an amusement park in the Quezon City Memorial Circle on Saturday afternoon, a radio report said.

The fire, however, did not spread to the other rides at the “Circle of Fun.” It was declared out around 3 p.m.

Fire officials are investigating the incident because the fire could not be due to faulty electricity because the Horror House had long been out of power.

Damages to the fire amounted to at least P300,000, the report said.
