Mike Enriquez says allegations won’t deter him

MANILA, Philippines — In a continuing spiral of events, Mike Enriquez said that the allegations that he received cash gifts from Janet Lim-Napoles would not shatter his demeanor.
In an interview with the weekend edition of his primetime newscast “24 Oras,” Enriquez said that he “does not know” where the allegations would go.
“It’s just getting messy,” Enriquez said Sunday.
He added that people should be more aware and vigilant of any developments that come out.
Also, GMA Network said in a statement that it would not take the issue seriously as Enriquez has denied the allegations and that Enriquez “had always adhered to the high level of professionalism” that the network requires.
“It stands by him in the face of these baseless allegations,” the statement said.
