MANILA, Philippines – Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada stood on the Senate floor  on Wednesday to expose what  he described  as  “questionable” character  of two government witnesses –  Dennis Cunanan and  Ruby Tuason— on the  P10- billion pork barrel  scam.

Estrada, in his speech, said Cunanan should have been held in contempt for allegedly lying repeatedly when he testified at the Senate blue ribbon committee on the scam.
