A mere 15 percent of Filipinos felt that 2013 brought them good tidings after 2012.

An ironic twist on the number of Filipinos feeling dire in their situation happened on the Yuletide season between September and December wherein the rate increased by +8 percentage points.

Among a sample size of 1,200 Filipinos, Pulse Asia used face-to-face interviews from December 8 to 15 to come up with the conclusion.
