The Barako Bull Energy Colas bounced back from a heartbreaking loss the last time out, bucking a slow start to down the GlobalPort Batang Pier, 108-95, yesterday in the 39th PBA Philippine Cup at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Redeeming themselves from a 95-99 loss to the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters last Friday, the Energy Colas outscored the Batang Pier in the fourth period, 26-16, to seal their fourth win in 11 games.

GlobalPort was on fire early, leading by as many as 13 points before settling for a 29-21 lead after the first period. The Energy Colas made the necessary adjustment in the next period to lead by a point at the half, 50-49.
