BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — Two persons were killed in a shooting at around 6 a.m Monday that marred the elections in Barangay (village) Poblacion, Toboso town, Negros Occidental.

Belleza died on the spot while Bacordo was rushed to a hospital in Escalante City, Negros Occidental, where he was declared dead on arrival.
