Did you know: Overweight problems in NCR

About 25 out of every 100 adults in the National Capital Region are overweight while seven percent of adults in the Metro are obese, according to the July 2012 NCR Regional Nutrition Situation posted by National Nutrition Council. The figures were both higher than the national percentage of 21 percent and five percent, respectively.
