DIGOS CITY, Philippines—Police here launched a manhunt for a single mother suspected of stabbing to death her twin daughters.

Senior Superintendent Michael John Dubria, chief of the Southern Mindanao police’s intelligence division, said Kessel Marie Titong, of legal age, has been charged with parricide for the deaths of her two-year-old daughters Clarissa Louise and Clancy early this week.

Senior Superintendent Ronaldo Llanera, Davao del Sur police director, said that based on a report provided by the Malita town police, Titong stabbed the twins inside their house in Sitio Pulo, Barangay Poblacion around 7 a.m. last Monday.
