Two INJURED in hit-and-run

A 19-year-old woman is now in critical condition after the motorcycle she was riding was hit by a speeding car in Mandaue Reclamation Area yesterday dawn.

Miriam Dayon of barangay Sabang, Danao City suffered head injuries and was unconscious when she was rushed to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC). Jason Maribojo who drove the motorcycle sustained bruises in different parts of his body. / Correspondent Christine Pantaleon

Student stabbed

A student waiting for a ride was stabbed by an unidentified assailant in barangay Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City last Sunday evening.

Ryan Empinado who lives with the Franciscan Sisters in Talamban, Cebu City suffered multiple stab wounds and is in critical condition. /Correspondent Norman V. Mendoza
