Suspected robbers killed in shootout with police in QC
MANILA, Philippines – Two suspected robbers were killed Wednesday night in a shootout with police in Quezon City, according to a radio report.
The report said the unidentified men were found dead along E. Rodriguez Avenue in front of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
In an interview, Police Superintendent Victor Pagulayan said the suspects robbed a jeepney and were trying to flee with their loot when policemen from Station 11 responded and a shootout ensued.
