Fire hits restaurant near Araneta Center

MANILA, Philippines–Fire hit a restaurant near the Araneta Center in Cubao Friday evening, a National Capital Region-Bureau of Fire Protection officer said.

Senior Fire Officer 1 Louie Abenales said the blaze at the still unidentified restaurant erupted shortly before 7 p.m.

It reached first alarm before it was put out at 7:26 p.m.

No one was hurt, Abenales said, adding that no other information was available as of this posting.
