Did you know: Marcelo H. del Pilar 163rd birth anniversary

Friday, Aug. 30, is the 163rd birth anniversary of the propagandist and writer Marcelo H. del Pilar, also known as “Plaridel.” Born in 1850, he founded La Solidaridad, the mouthpiece of the Reform Movement whose members included Jose Rizal and Graciano Lopez Jaena.
