‘Maring’ forces anew suspension of classes in some schools

MANILA, Philippines – The grim weather brought about by tropical storm “Maring” Monday forced the cancellation of classes for Tuesday in some schools .

The following are the schools and local governments that announced class suspension:



    Las Piñas City (all levels)

    Mandaluyong City (preschool to high school)

    Manila City (all levels)

    Muntinlupa City (all levels)

    Pasay City (preschool to high school)

    Parañaque City (all levels)

    Pateros City (all levels)

    San Juan City (all levels)

    Taguig City (all levels)

    Valenzuela City (preschool to high school)

     Pasig City (preschool to high school)




    Province of Bataan (all levels)

    Province of Cavite (all levels)

    Province of Laguna (all levels)

    Province of Pangasinan (preschool to high school)

    Hagonoy, Bulacan (preschool to high school)

    Malolos, Bulacan (preschool to high school)

    Meycauayan, Bulacan (all levels)

    Obando, Bulacan (all levels)

    Dagupan, Pangasinan (all levels)

    Angono, Rizal (preschool to high school)
