MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives’ committee on appropriations on Thursday resumed its deliberations on the proposed P2.268 trillion national budget for 2014.
Scheduled to appear before the were Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) chairperson Margarita Juico and Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) chairman Cristino Naguiat Jr.
