MANILA, Philippines — Newly-elected Senator Joseph Victor Ejercito paid a courtesy call to his half-brother Senate President Pro-Tempore Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada Monday morning before the Senate formally opened its session.

Ejercito said that they were supposed to meet earlier but it was only now during the opening session of the 16th Congress that he was able to come.
