Casiño draws more stars

DAVAO CITY—More celebrities have come forward to support Makabayan senatorial candidate Teddy Casiño.

TV host and actor Vice Ganda said he has done his research and “I will vote for him.”

He said he will help Casiño’s campaign by tweeting about him.

Earlier, Vice Ganda said he was going to do research on Casiño after seeing the senatorial candidate on a TV debate.

“I was impressed by the candidate Teddy Casiño in #harapan2013,” Vice Ganda said on his Twitter account.

Singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid also took to Twitter to announce his vote for the three-term congressman.

“I will vote for @teddycasino,” Alcasid posted on May 2.

International artist Arnel Pineda of the rock band Journey also said he will vote for Casiño.

“We need a change of heart. We need change; that’s why we need Teddy Casiño,” he said.

TV host Boy Abunda has also endorsed Casiño’s candidacy. Inquirer Mindanao
