MANILA, Philippines—The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) Tuesday launched its national command center for the upcoming 2013 elections.

The PPCRV’s unofficial parallel count will be conducted in its headquarters at Pius XII Catholic Center in Manila.

The Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) will be with the PPCRV in conducting the unofficial count.

Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle attended the event and was set to officiate a mass after the launch.

PPCRV has some 350,000 volunteers for the coming elections to conduct poll watching duties.
