Girl accuses drinking buddies of raping her
A 15-YEAR-OLD girl complained to the police that she was raped by two men following a drinking session in barangay Looc, Mandaue City.
The girl was accompanied by her mother when she reported the alleged rape to the Opao police precinct.
The girl identified the two men as Cris Flores, 21, and Johnny Bustamante, 26.
Flores and Bustamante denied raping the woman, saying what happened was consensual.
The girl said they had a drinking session at Flores’ house last Monday afternoon.
The girl said after drinking one too many, she decided to sleep in one of the rooms of the house.
While sleeping, the girl said she noticed that someone was taking off her clothes. When she opened her eyes, the girl said she saw Flores.
Because of drunkenness, the girl said she was unable to resist and fell asleep again.
Later, the girl said she was awakened again when Bustamante entered the room and raped her.
