Fire out in Manila residential area
MANILA, Philippines – The fire that gutted a residential area in Manila early Monday has been put out, a Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region officer said.
Senior Fire Officer 4 Lewi Santos said fire blazed through still unidentified number of makeshift houses along Osmeña Highway, Quirino, Manila at 7:11 a.m.
The fire reached third alarm before it was put out at 7:48 a.m.
