3 dead in collision of trucks

BULACAN—Three men were killed and another was hurt on Wednesday when a dump truck collided with a trailer truck in Barangay Matictic in Norzagaray town, police said.

Supt. Reginald Francisco, Norzagaray police chief, said the collision killed the trailer truck’s driver, Christian Legaspi, and his helper, Wilmar de los Santos, and the dump truck driver, Michael Destajo.

Police said the dump truck was shipping coal to a cement plant here when the accident happened at 2:10 a.m. in Sitio Sapang Kawayan. Carmela Reyes-Estrope, Inquirer Central Luzon
