Manila fire put out

MANILA, Philippines—Fire gutted a commercial establishment in Manila Monday afternoon, a city fire officer said.
Senior Fire Officer 2 Marson Perez of Manila Fire bureau said fire blazed through a residential-commercial area along Caballeros Street in Binondo, Manila at 12:38 p.m.
No one was reported injured in the fire which reached fourth alarm before it was put out at 1:54 p.m.
