MANILA, Philippines—Vicente Operario Valley II of Sulat, Eastern Samar, died Wednesday. He was 44.
He is survived by his mother, Teresita Arceo, sister Tina Arceo-Dumlao and brother Joey Arceo, aunt Pedia, and cousins, nephews and nieces.
His body lies at the St. Peter Memorial Chapel on A. Bonifacio, corner Mayon Street, Quezon City, and will be brought to Sulat on Sunday, Feb. 24, for interment.
