China protests US sanctions against companies

US State Department

BEIJING— China is protesting U.S. sanctions against a leading state arms maker and other companies over alleged arms deals with North Korea, Syria, and Iran.

The U.S. State Department said Poly Technologies Inc. is among companies barred from dealing with the U.S. government or purchasing U.S. military hardware for two years. The company is part of a massive state-owned conglomerate.

China’s Foreign Ministry said Tuesday the actions seriously violate the norms of international relations and undermine China’s interests. The ministry said China strongly enforces non-proliferation laws and had lodged a formal complaint with Washington.

The official Xinhua News Agency says the company denies violating any U.N. Security Council arms embargoes and says it strictly adheres to Chinese law and international statutes.

Let the international economic sanctions vs China begin… for these arms deals, for espionage (ZTE & Huawei in Canada & USA), for pollution (Beijing smog & greenhouse gas emissions), for irresponsible aggression in other countries’ territories (Spratlys, Senkakus, Paracels, Arunachal Pradesh, Tibet, Uyghur), for intellectual property theft (Japan’s High Speed railway system et al), for epidemics (bird flu, SARS), for harmful products (tainted milk, lead-coated toys), for hacking (New York Times, Wall St. Journal), and the list goes on and on.

China is nothing but a land grabber

China only cares about its own interests and Chinese people.

China indeed is number one when it comes to stealing technology and counterfeiting the products of other countries. Never trust China because after you feed it with your hand, it won’t be satisfied until it had eaten your arm too.
