Today, Feb. 11, is the 100th birth anniversary of the late National Artist in Music Lucio San Pedro. A master composer and conductor, he is known for his creations like “Sa Ugoy ng Duyan.” San Pedro, whose career spanned 60 years, died on March 31, 2002. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
