Fire out in QC residential area

MANILA, Philippines – The fire that gutted a shanty community in Quezon City Monday morning has been put out, a National Capital Region-Bureau of Fire officer said.

Fire Officer 2 Hoover Moral said the fire that blazed through still unidentified number of houses along Riverside, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City at 10:42 a.m reached fourth alarm before it was put out at 11:12 a.m.

No immediate report of injuries or casualties has reached their office as of posting, Moral said.
