Man drowns in Looc

A MAN drowned last Monday afternoon in Cabahug wharf in barangay Looc, Mandaue City.
The body of Roberto Capiznon, 22, of barangay Mantuyong, was found under a barge moored at the wharf.
His cousins and friends called the police after he went under at past 2 p.m.
His body was found three hours later floating under the barge./Reporter Jucell Marie M. Cuyos
