Aquino OKs 5 NEDA projects

MANILA, Philippines–President Benigno Aquino on Friday approved five projects of the National Economic and Development Authority costing P146 billion.

These projects are: Cavite-Laguna Expressway; North Luzon Expressway – South Luzon Expressway (NLEx-SLEx) link; climate change adaptation through construction of water impounding facility in the Paso River in Isabela City; Phase 2 of the Cordillera highland agricultural development project; and continuation of Kalahi CIDSS, an anti-insurgency livelihood social services program for the countryside.

    Manila-Luzon lang halos. Paano na yung ibang parte ng Pilipinas na kailangan ng infrastructure para maboast yung local economy at tourism?

    Infrastructure during the Aquino has been not existent. The only accomplishments he’s had is the fact that projects initiated from the previous admin gets completed during his term and he takes the credit for it. It is also weird that he approves projects during the election season possibly to give the people some false sense that he’s doing things for the PI infra.
