MANILA, Philippines — House minority leader Danilo Suarez wants beneficiaries of the government’s conditional cash transfer to receive the money ahead of the midterm elections to avoid corrupting the program.

Suarez told reporters Thursday that he would file on Monday a resolution which would urge the government to release funding for CCT beneficiaries starting February, 90 days before the polls set in May.

“I’m going to ask that starting the campaign of the Senate, which will be on February, yung beneficiaries ng CCT ibigay na ng 90 days advance. Para walang distribution during the campaign period,” he said.

“We will try to avoid any malicious intent for a good program na lalagyan ng bahid pulitika,” Suarez added.

How come there is a streak of insincerity in his words…it seems this guy will win if the CCT will be released according to his wishes. Maybe most of his supporters are CCT beneficiaries, somebody should check this.

True to life story yan…

He he he. This guy paid 1 million on the dinner in New York in an a prestiegious French restaurant. He heh . The reason they spend so much was because when they entered the exclusive restaurant, all eyes were on them because he he he. They were not wearing the formal attire. Kung baga, walang taste ang mga damuho. They were not aware that to enter such Restaurant, you should be in proper attire. Then again, they were so noisy. Alam mo naman ang mga Pinoy, they laugh so loud. He he he. You do not do that in such place.

So, to offset the down browning of the the white Americans, they ordered the “best: food money can buy. Mantakin mo, some of them ordered the very expensive Caviar, (fish egg) to show that they are wealthy. He he he. Real Caviar is almost P400,000 a lbs! Eh, ang siste, the taste of caviars is like our local “bagoong.” Salty. YOu eat it sparingly with crackers and butter with little caviar. Yuong late Presidential spokeperson from Cebu was taken for a gorilla, (bless his soul),wearing a cloth. Sergs Reymonde yata ang pangalan. He heh e.

Mayabang talaga ang mga politiko natin. That happen during the State visit of Gloria to the white house to have a 5 minute talk with Obama. Mantakin mo, ni charter nikla ang Jambo jet ng PAL just to have a chat with Obama. Gloria then was dying to see Pres. Obama because she was snobbed by the U.S. President for having a “bad taste.”

In the last leg of American President election, Gloria visited Mcain the presidential rival of Obama, and she did not visit Obama. So when Obama won, he ignored the congratulation greeting of Gloria three times. Bad taste ang ginawa ni Gloria because McCain and Obama was neck and neck on the campaign. Any of them could have won.

Now, back to Suarez. The reason perhaps that he paid the 1 million pesos worth of dinner was because he was courting Gloria to give him a “soft loan” of I billion pesos “sovereign guarantee” on his pet project. Galante talaga si Suarez noon.

And now, he is invoking propriety in the CCT funds. He he he. Sabi nga ni Lacson (Senator), crusading crook. He he he. I like that punch line…. he he. crook parin si he he he.

Seeing how belligerent the administration is now that the elections are near, the CCT could indeed be used for other purposes during election time. It might even be already used for other reasons whether there are elections or not. Besides, the CCT has not really met its supposed purpose to begin with.

Yeah we all know what you want and what it should be but unfortunately only what Aquino wants matters. The CCT program is essentially Aquino’s one and only thing his Administration has to help the poor and in reality the program is looking more to benefit Aquino and his candidates more than the actual poor. Aquino has long ignored the poor in the Philippines and the only time the poor get attention is when it makes Aquino look good and helps his personal cause.
