Gov. Vilma Santos now Lieutenant Colonel in Air Force

Batangas Governor Rosa Vilma Santos-Recto now holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after she takes her oath as newly commissioned reservists of the Philippine Air Force at Fernando Air Base in Lipa on November 27, 2012. PAF Photo
 

MANILA, Philippines – Batangas Governor Rosa Vilma Santos-Recto and Vice Governor Jose Antonio Leviste III took their oaths as newly commissioned reservists of the Philippine Air Force at Fernando Air Base in Lipa Tuesday morning.

Recto held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel while Leviste was sworn in with a rank of a Major, the PAF said in a statement on Thursday.

PAF Vice Commanding General Major General Raul Gabriel Dimatatac welcomed the newly commissioned officers to the Air Force.
