MANILA, Philippines—The areas of Palawan and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms due to an intertropical convergence zone, the state weather bureau said Wednesday.

The northeast monsoon affecting Northern Luzon will bring light rains over Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration also said.
