MANILA, Philippines—A bag left in front of a busy supermarket on Vito Cruz Street, corner Chino Roces Avenue, in Makati City prompted police to cordon off the area Tuesday night.
A check by a Makati bomb squad showed the bag contained some carpentry tools, Senior Police Officer 2 Joseph Dignos told INQUIRER.net.
