Muslims gather to celebrate ‘Feast of Sacrifice’

MANILA, Philippines–Thousands of Muslims gathered in Quezon City early Friday as the nation observed Eid ul Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice, police said.
National Capital Region Police Office said that as of 8 a.m., the crowd attending the Muslim celebration at the Quezon Memorial Circle was estimated at 1,500.
No known personality has been spotted in the celebration, police said, adding that Quezon City police are providing security in the area.
