The National Capital Region posted the lowest employment rate at 90.1 percent as well as the highest unemployment rate at 9.9 percent in July, according to the latest Labor Force Survey. The country registered an employment rate of 93 percent and an unemployment rate of seven percent during the same period. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
