MANILA, Philippines – Classes in the pre-school, grade school and high school levels in Quezon City are suspended on Monday in view of the State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno Aquino III, a Department of Education official said Friday.
In a statement, Dr. Corazon C. Rubio, officer-in-charge of the DepEd’s Schools Division Superintendent of Quezon City, said that classes in private and public schools in Quezon City would be suspended on July 25.
However, make-up classes will be held Saturday, Rubio said.
