MANILA, Philippines—Parts of Metro Manila experienced flooding following a thunderstorm Monday night, the Metro Manila Development Authority said.

España Antipolo; 6 inches as of 9:40 PM, Bonifacio Monument Circle (BMC); gutter deep, as of 9:35 PM.
