The Manila Police District posted the highest number of total crime volume among the police districts under the National Capital Region Police Office in September last year, with 1,615 cases. According to police data, around 55 percent of the crime volume in the district were classified as “solved” during the said period. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
