2 students missing as small boat capsizes off North Cotabato

MANILA, Philippines—Two students were missing after an outrigger boat carrying them capsized off North Cotabato Wednesday morning, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said.
The pupils were on their way to Math Olympics when their boat capsized off Pulang River, in Tamped, Kabacan at about 7 a.m.
The MDRRMC Kabacan and the local government unit already started the search and rescue operations, the NDRRMC said.
