Govs cite Iglesia Ni Cristo on anniversary

The League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP) composed of governors has cited the phenomenal growth nationally as well as globally of the Iglesia ni Cristo religious sect which is celebrating its 97th anniversary on July 27.

The INC has 5,000 churches, 717 of them outside the Philippines, with followers comprising 108 nationalities and ethnic origins.

“On behalf of my fellow governors, I would like to congratulate INC Executive Minister Brother Eduardo Manalo and its members for the phenomenal growth of this homegrown church that is now present in 89 countries and four territories worldwide,” said Oriental Mindoro Gov. and LPP president Alfonso Umali Jr.

The LPP also lauded Manalo for immediately reaching out to INC members to edify the church following the death of his father, Executive Minister Eraño Manalo, in August 2009.

The religious dynasty of Manalo family is the cornerstone of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. The position of executive minister was being held only by the Manalo clan; Felix Manalo > Erano Manalo > Eduardo Manalo

Only pigs love to wallow in mud.
Only dogs love to eat their vomits.
Only Iglesia Ni Cristo loves to intervene in Philippine politics.
Only the Manalo family can mix cultism and politics.

Only Satan will allow these kinds of atrocities of Iglesia Ni Cristo to continue.

Only Satan will be glad to see Iglesia Ni Cristo intervene in Philippine politics.

The heaven is a lonely place to be with Iglesia Ni Cristo by the Manalo family.

By allowing Iglesia Ni Cristo news and updates to be published in newspapers and news web sites is also giving Iglesia Ni Cristo media exposure. This is the media exposure being used by INC to intervene in Philippine politics just like what they did in intervening in the selection process of Senate President in 2010 and the impeachment case of the former Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez.

Sometimes, I also blame the Philippine media for giving too much exposure for Iglesia Ni Cristo. The power to influence is being exploited by the Iglesia Ni Cristo for their personal gains just what like happened in EDSA 3.

Power in (overestimated) number. I can’t believe that some newspapers would even publish that Iglesia Ni Cristo members would reach 5, 6, 8-10 million. That’s insane. INC does not even have the nerve to reveal their official total number of membership. Iglesia Ni Cristo have a long line of FAILED political endorsements. Leading the list is the lost of Danding Cojuangco and INC in 1992 and the lost of Mar Roxas in 2010. I estimate that INC is less than 1-2 million basing the number of votes got by the Alagad party list. (Alagad representative Rodante Marcoleta is an INC member)

To Manila Bulletin, Inquirer, Abs-Cbnnews, GMANews, Philstar, Daily Tribune and other news outfits in the Philippines, please stop giving any further media exposure to Iglesia Ni Cristo.

The media exposures being enjoyed by the INC of the Manalo family are being exploited for political reasons.

Journalism should be above money and paid advertisements for Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Better welfare of the greater good should be above money and paid advertisements for Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Do our country a favor, stop patronizing Iglesia Ni Cristo.
