LP to swear new members in 6th district today

NEW members of the Liberal  Party from Cordova and Consolacion towns will take their oath today at the office of Cebu 6th district Rep. Luigi Quisumbing.

LP provincial party chairman Hilario “Jun-Jun” Davide III will administer the oath taking today at 10:00 a.m.

Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale, Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes, Provincial Board member Thadeo Ouano, PB member Arleigh Sitoy, Mayor Teresa Alegado are scheduled to attend.

Last week, PB member Teddy Ouano formally took oath with Jun-Jun Davide as member of the Liberal Party. Ouano’s transfer to LP was announced by Davide last July 20 during the birthday celebration of Mayor Jonas Cortes.

The 6th District  can now be considered as LP dominated./Correspondent Norman V. Mendoza
