Search for Robredo, 2 others continues

MANILA, Philippines—Masbate Vice Mayor Alan Cos said that the search for missing Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo continued.

“Magdamag ito hanggang makakuha ng magandang resulta,” Cos said in an interview Saturday.

In an interview, Cos however that additional diving equipment and lights were needed to be able to go further than 135 to 150 feet underwater.

They were still awaiting the arrival of diving equipment from other agencies.

Robredo, along with three others, remained missing after a light plane carrying them crashed in Masbate Bay.
