San Juan declares state of calamity; suspends classes for Thursday

MANILA, Philippines – San Juan City has been placed under a state of calamity, its mayor, JV Ejercito, announced late Wednesday afternoon.
In his Twitter account, Ejercito said he also ordered the suspension of Thursday’s classes in all levels in both public and private schools.
