7 cities, 2 towns suspend Thursday classes—DepEd

MANILA, Philippines—Local governments in Metro Manila and nearby provinces have announced suspension of classes Thursday from kindergarten to high school, the Department of Education said.
As of 4:40 p.m., DepEd said that schools will be closed in following areas:
• Pateros
• Makati
• San Juan
• Navotas
• Mandaluyong
• Valenzuela City
• Olongapo City
• San Mateo, Rizal
• Bocaue, Bulacan
